Is your repair request urgent?
This form is only for non-urgent repair requests. To report an urgent repair, please call the GNLALC office on (02) 6642 6020 during business hours and 0427 426 020 outside of business hours.

Tenant Responsibilities
Some maintenance tasks, such as changing lightbulbs, cleaning gutters or general upkeep of the property, are the tenant's responsibility.
If your repair request falls under these categories, we kindly ask that you address these tasks yourself.

NEW TENANTS

If you would like to apply for a housing, please download and complete the Housing Application and send to housing@gnlalc.org.au
All eligible applicants are placed on a waiting list.
